The Cook-it project works with parents and carers across B&NES to improve the diet of children and young people up to the age of 17 years. The project aims to improve cooking skills and confidence in the kitchen by running FREE 6 week cookery courses:

Cook it - Parents cooking together healthy and affordable foods

Family Cook it -Parents and children cooking healthy recipes together

Individual sessions – Within a suitable community venue
